You can visit the Hackney Service Centre:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 9am to 5pm
  • Wednesday – 9am to 4pm

Get help using our online services

Our Customer Services team offers a wide range of support to help everybody use our online services.

Our help can include accessing your online accounts, requesting a council service or submitting documents.

Ways we can help include:

  • guiding you through using our online services over the phone
  • face to face support in the Hackney Service Centre where you can use our free computers and tablets
  • asking one of our internal or external service partners to help you – we always ask for your permission to share your personal information with any third party organisation

We have limited resources so we may ask if you can get help in the first instance from your support network, such as friends or family.
