E-vouchers are now available
These work in a similar way to resident e-permits and can be used immediately. Unlike scratchcard vouchers, you don’t have to wait for them to be delivered.
Vouchers can be bought by residents who live in parking zones. You don’t need to own a car to buy vouchers.
You can choose either e-vouchers (use immediately) or scratchcard vouchers, which will normally be delivered within 7 working days.
We offer:
- books of 20 x two-hour vouchers
- books of 5 x one-day vouchers
Each household can purchase a maximum of 40 books per calendar year (Jan to Dec).

Prices for visitor vouchers
We are changing the price of our visitor vouchers from 3 April 2023.
What you pay for a visitor voucher will relate to the amount of visitor vouchers purchased in a financial year (April to March). The more visitor vouchers you buy the higher the price of the visitor vouchers.
In line with the parking and enforcement plan 2022 to 2027, we made this change to:
- reduce the number of visitor journeys within Hackney
- encourage more sustainable transport such as walking, cycling and public transport
We’re committed to supporting our over 60 and blue badge residents. If you have any queries about the variable visitor vouchers contact us, email mobilityteam@hackney.gov.uk.
Over 60s and blue badge owners continue to benefit from a 50% discount on the standard price for the first 24 books of vouchers purchased each year.
