We’re currently introducing a new design and are making sure everything works.
Hackney Playbus will be at Rowley Gardens, N4 1HH, 1-3pm (except bank holidays). Last session before Christmas break: Monday 16 December, back on Monday 13 January.
Hackney Playbus is a small charity that runs free stay and play sessions for families with children aged 0-4 years old. The Playbus travels to different parts of the borough, bringing fun and games out into the community. Sessions run whatever the weather, and tea and coffee are available. All sessions are free and families are welcome to drop in at at time.
Rowley Gardens sits in the very north of the borough alongside the New River. It provides two play areas, valuable green space and facilities for the surrounding community.
The park holds a Green Flag award. The awards are given to the best green spaces in the country and are awarded each year to make sure the quality of the green space remains high.
- 2x play areas
- multi use games area
Picnics are welcome in the park but barbecues are not permitted.
Council officers have the power to request that dogs are put on leads if they are behaving aggressively, causing damage, or if their owner does not have appropriate control over them. More information on dogs in parks.
