You can use this information to help plan what care and support services you want to use. You can do this by yourself, with your family or with a social worker or support planner.
We can arrange services from the list below for you. You can also take your budget as a direct payments to buy services directly.

Aquaflo Care

Bikur Cholim D’Satmar Trust is a Charedi cultural needs home care provider for adults and older people; providing help with daily tasks, such as washing and dressing to people who may need personal care because of old age, illness or disability.
Goldsmith Personnel Ltd is home care provider for older people, people with physical or learning disabilities, or head and brain injuries; providing help with daily tasks.
The in-house service provides specialist home care service across the borough; providing help with daily tasks, such as washing and dressing to people who may need personal care because of old age, illness or disability.
The Oswald Street Centre is a purpose-built centre in Hackney offering a range of day opportunities, activities and lunch as well as transport services for people with complex needs.
Oswald St is a modern building laid out over two floors and includes a sensory garden.
Open Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm. Currently closed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Trowbridge Centre
Provide day services for adults in a social setting with varying degrees of Dementia.
They offer daily activities such as music therapy, arts and craft, cooking, light exercise, reminiscing groups.
