All zone on-street permits and vouchers

All zone e-permits and vouchers are open to all, and allow parking in all parking zones.
  • permits are e-permits, so there is no need to display them in your vehicle. They are valid for 12 months
  • on-street visitor vouchers still need to be displayed in your vehicle and will be delivered within 7 working days of purchase
  • civil enforcement officers (parking wardens) can check your e-permit is valid using your vehicle registration mark
  • you can check the status of your e-permit or manage changes via your parking account
  • renewal reminders will be sent to e-permit holders 6 weeks before it’s due to expire

Before you start

You’ll need:

  • a personal email address
  • your vehicle registration number
  • a debit or credit card

What happens after you apply?

Once your application has been approved, your e-permit will become active from the date selected in your application. Vouchers will be delivered within 7 working days.

If your application isn’t successful, we’ll contact you to explain why or what you need to do to help us process it.

Apply by post

Print, complete and return the following form(s) to us:

Allow at least 10 working days for us to process your vouchers or new permit.

To renew your permit, use your renewal slip and allow at least 10 working days before our current permit expires to process your new permit.

We only accept a cheque or postal order, don’t send cash by post.
