Stamford Hill Design Guide (supplementary planning document)

The Stamford Hill Design Guide (supplementary planning document) will support the draft policies within the draft Stamford Hill area action plan and the Local Plan (LP33).

The aim of the Stamford Hill Design Guide is to:

• provide guidance for roof extensions on many housing types in identified streets in the form of front and rear dormers
• and/or extensions for additional matching floors

Stamford Hill Design Guide Consultation Report

Consultation on the Draft Stamford Hill Design Guide launched on 7 May 2024 and closed on 19 July 2024.

Next steps

We will use the key findings from the draft Design Guide consultation to update the final version of the Stamford Hill Design Guide SPD.

Work on finalising the Stamford Hill Design Guide SPD will continue after the examination of the Stamford Hill Area Action Plan.
