Pay for your service charge or shared ownership rent quickly and easily.

Pay your service charge

Payments are due on or before the 1st of each month, unless we have agreed otherwise or you are paying by direct debit.

Direct Debit

Paying by Direct Debit will ensure your service charge or shared ownership rent is paid automatically and securely on time, every time.

You can choose the collection date and frequency.

Payment dates: 3rd, 15th and 23rd of each month.

Use the automated telephone service to make payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You will need a debit or credit card and your service charge or shared ownership rent account number.

You must include your service charge or shared ownership rent account number as the reference.

Your payment will be delayed if you use the wrong reference number.

Problems paying your bills

We will write to you or telephone if you fall behind with your service charges or rent.

We will ask you to pay the outstanding balance as soon as possible. If you cannot pay the full balance then we can explore setting up a repayment agreement.

If you set up a repayment agreement and keep to it then you can avoid extra charges such as court costs and interest. If you have a mortgage, we may also contact your lender which could lead to extra expenses.

Check your balance by phone

You can check your balance and most recent transactions, by calling 020 8356 2299 (9am-5pm). You’ll need to have your payment reference to hand. Payment references are 10 digits and can be found on letters you will have received from us.
