We’ve got a number of parking spaces across Yorkshire Grove Estate for a convenient, secure and economical way to store your motor vehicle.

You must be a resident of Yorkshire Grove Estate to apply for a parking space.

Parking space cost

The weekly charge of renting a parking space for council tenants and leaseholders is:

• £2.15 a week

The weekly charge of renting a parking space for all other applicants is:

• £2.58 a week (including VAT) for underground car parking spaces

Priority list

We give priority to people with disabilities. If you’re a council tenant and you’re in arrears with your rent, you may not be allowed to rent a parking space.

We’re unable to confirm how long it might be before you’re allocated a parking space. Waiting times depend on priority, the number of applicants and the number of parking spaces available in your preferred areas.

Problems paying your parking space rent

We operate a zero-tolerance on parking space rent arrears.

If you’re having problems paying your parking space rent, contact our neighbourhood contact centre immediately.

You’re at risk of losing your parking space if you fail to comply with the terms of the licence agreement.

If you owe the equivalent of 4 weeks rent, we’ll issue you with a written notice and we’ll take possession of your parking space after 7 days.
