- A mutual exchange with another social tenant in Hackney; if you’d like to be added to our mutual exchange list then download our Mutual Exchange application form (google doc) and email it to neighbourhood@hackney.gov.uk
- HomeSwapper and House Exchange – allows social tenants to swap their homes with other social tenants anywhere in the UK
- Seaside and Country Homes – allows people aged over 55 to move to properties managed by Housing Associations across the UK
- Fresh start scheme – helps council and Housing Association tenants move to privately rented or Sheltered Housing outside of London
- Homefinder UK – a national housing mobility scheme helping homeless households and people in social housing find permanent social housing outside of their current area
- Housing Moves – helps victims/survivors of domestic abuse and former rough sleepers to move within London
