The TCS Mini Marathon Championships

The 2024 championships took place Saturday 21 April across the last 2.6km of the world famous London Marathon course.

Mini Marathon 2025

On Saturday 26 April, 21 young people took part in the Mini Marathon, which is the last 2.6km of the London Marathon.

Our runners competed against the other 32 boroughs in London with great success. This year the team had a few new runners to this event but all the team members showed great promise. The future looks good for middle distance runners in Hackney.

The team highlights:

  • Evie Broadfoot, under 13 – 22nd in London
  • Herbie Dimmock, under 13 – 42nd in London
  • Aiden Wolpert, under 15 – 42nd in London
  • Dylan Mills, under 17 – 42nd in London
