Lease your property to us
If you own a property, you can rent it to us on a long-term basis. We’ll use it as temporary accommodation for homeless people or Hackney residents facing homelessness.
This is different to our tenant matching service, where you can let your property through us to private tenants.
Types of property we need
We’re looking for properties in London, including rooms and self-contained units in:
- flats and houses
- hotels and hostels
- bed and breakfasts
How much we pay
We only discuss details about the rates we pay with property owners who successfully apply to provide temporary accommodation.
Apply to lease your property
To lease a property to us, you need to apply for a contract online on the London Tenders Portal website.
Who we’ll let your property to
Most of the households we provide temporary accommodation to either live or work in Hackney, or have another connection to Hackney.
The most common age of adults asking us for help is 25 to 34, and around half of the households include children.
Why work with us
We have a lot of experience working with housing providers and residents.
When you work with us, you’ll:
- be guided through each step of the contract process
- have a dedicated person to help you throughout
- get a competitive rate for your property
- help local families and vulnerable people in need of accomodation
