Estate housing surgeries

Have your say on our plans to introduce new weekly face-to-face housing surgeries in local community buildings across Hackney.

We closed our area housing offices during the pandemic lockdown and they’re not reopening.

The aim of the surgeries is to enable residents living on our estates to get the help they need and become a one-stop shop of housing support.

By next year, we plan to roll out surgeries across Hackney with at least 100 surgeries each month.

Attend a pilot surgery

We are holding pilots across Hackney, over the next few months, to help develop the most successful surgeries.
