We won’t reply to you, but we will review your feedback and take it seriously.

Who we share your feedback with

We’ll share your feedback with:

  • the team you’re working with (including managers in that team)
  • the Quality Assurance and Improvement Team (this is the team that makes sure we’re providing a good service)

We might also share feedback more widely to help us improve our service. Before we share it, we’ll remove information like your name, age or contact details, so no one will know it’s you. We might share it with:

If you’re not satisfied with the service you’ve received and you would like a resolution or a response to your concerns, you can make a complaint.
