Propose new housing development sites in Hackney
The Mayor of London has launched a Call for Sites platform.
The platform lets landowners, developers, industry players such as planning consultants, and members of the public submit sites they believe are suitable for new housing projects.
The submitted sites are reviewed and assessed for their suitability and viability for development through the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) conducted with local planning authorities.
The SHLAA will be used to help inform the housing evidence within the new London Plan.
You don’t need to own the site to submit it for consideration.
Only large sites of 0.25 of a hectare or greater are to be considered through the site assessment process. Sites smaller than this will be considered separately.
