Stamford Hill design guide (supplementary planning document)

The Stamford Hill design guide (supplementary planning document) will support the draft policies within the draft Stamford Hill area action plan and the Local Plan (LP33).

The aim of the Stamford Hill design guide is to:

• provide guidance for roof extensions on many housing types in identified streets in the form of front and rear dormers
• and/or extensions for additional matching floors

We have been developing a draft Stamford Hill design guide alongside the Stamford Hill area action plan.

Consulting on the draft Stamford Hill design guide

In February 2024, cabinet approved the draft Stamford Hill design guide for consultation. This consultation is due open in early May 2024.
