Ask for help if you’re affected by coronavirus
You can ask us for help and support if you’re affected by coronavirus.
We will connect you to voluntary and community organisations who can:
- help you access food
- give advice and support – such as help with applying for benefits
- suggest activities – such as exercise classes or children’s groups
Before you start
You can request support for yourself or someone else if you have their consent.
If you’re asking for someone else, you will need:
- their address
- their phone number
- their date of birth
- the number of children in their household
What happens next
We will read your request and contact you within 5 working days to discuss the support you can access.
If you need to talk to us, call our coronavirus helpline on 020 8356 3111, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
